Two Step Farm is a new master-planned community in Montgomery County, Texas, located just north of The Woodlands off Fish Creek Thoroughfare and 1488. Once complete, the community will include more than 4,000 homes. Choose from new homes by nine builders — Autograph Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, DSLD Homes, Highland Homes, Partners in Building, Perry Homes and Pulte Homes — with prices from the mid $300s to over $1 million and floor plans ranging from around 1,400 to 6,000 square feet.
