Dale Watson is a true champion of classic country and Americana music. With a voice as strong as a Lone Star and songs that harken back to country’s golden era, Dale has spent over 40 years writing, recording and performing real, road-hardened honky-tonk. He’s shared the stage with legends like Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson, and appeared on Letterman, Kimmel and Austin City Limits. With more than 30 albums and his own Wat-sun Studio in Memphis, Dale’s keeping the twang alive and well for a new generation of country fans.

Faded text reads “Dance Halls - A Texas Legacy Worth Saving” in an arch, reflecting the spirit of TX at Two Step Farm and the charm found in new homes in Montgomery County.

Texas dance halls aren’t just places to dance — they’re where communities come together, stories are written and music lives on. For generations, these halls have been the heart of small-town life across Texas, filling the air with polkas, waltzes, Tejano, country and western swing.

At Two Step Hall, we’re honoring that rich tradition and helping protect it for the future. 100% of ticket sales from Starlight & Spurs will go directly to the Texas Dance Hall Preservation, supporting their work to save the halls that have shaped Texas music, culture and community for generations.
