Folks find their way to Two Step Farm for all kinds of reasons. Maybe you’ve got a tour booked with a builder. Maybe you saw the goat barn on our Instagram and had to see it for yourself. Maybe you just took a wrong turn off Honea Egypt Rd. and stumbled into something pretty great. However you get here, we’d like to make sure you know where you’re going once you arrive for model home tours and more.

Start your visit at
the Farm Shop

It’s our info center, our unofficial welcome committee and the easiest place to get your bearings before you head out to tour homes. Pop in for a map, a recommendation or just to say howdy. From there, it’s up to you: coffee at The Grazery, a walk down the trails, a stop by nine (soon to be ten) builders’ worth of model homes.

Strong coffee. Cold beer. Darn good food. Whether you’re touring homes all day or just need a minute off your feet, The Grazery’s a come-one-come-all kind of place. Neighbors and newcomers alike are always welcome to pull up a chair and stay awhile.

Right at the Two Step Farm Farm Shop, 11725 Howdy Drive, Montgomery, TX 77316. It’s our Two Step Farm info center, and the easiest first stop no matter which builder you’re headed to see.

You sure can. Model home tours can happen on a walk-in basis during open hours, though scheduling ahead with your builder of choice makes sure someone’s ready and waitin’ on you when you visit Two Step Farm.

Autograph Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, DSLD Homes, Highland Homes, Partners in Building, Perry Homes and Pulte Homes all have Two Step Farm model homes open now. Trilogy, McKinley Homes and William David Homes are on the way in 2027, too.

Not quite. The Farm Shop is our community information center, the best place to get your bearings, grab a map and get pointed toward the builder sales office you’re after. Each builder’s got their own sales team on-site at their model, too.

Model home hours vary a bit by builder, but most Two Step Farm model homes welcome visitors seven days a week. Swing by the Farm Shop first and we’ll point you toward who’s open when.

Sure is. Two Step Farm parking is free all across Two Step Farm, including at the Farm Shop and every builder’s model home.

Absolutely — Two Step Farm is about as family-friendly as it gets. The play area and goat barn make for a genuinely kid-friendly community tour, hands down.

We’ve got 20 models and counting from nine builders. Which means plenty of Two Step Farm model homes to see, with more comin’ as Two Step Farm grows.

Yep, the Two Step Farm trails are open and a mighty fine way to see more of the community trails Montgomery, TX has to offer between model tours.
