Join us at Two Step Fest, the official public grand opening of Two Step Farm where you can explore 20 furnished model homes from nine builders and a whole bunch of amenities. It will be a toe-tapping, tastebud-tingling, memory-making kind of day packed with good food, live music and Texas-sized charm.
Builders will host something special in their model homes, from mini experiences to giveaways.
From the outdoor stage to Two Step Hall, enjoy live performances and pop-up dance demos.
The experts at Bar-A-BBQ will be serving up a full-on BBQ tasting experience with pitmaster flavor in every bite. Food will also be available to purchase.
Sample a lineup of Texas craft brews, bourbon-forward cocktails, wine and small-batch sips served in fest-branded glassware you get to take home.
Petting zoo. Crafting tables. Live music. Dancing. It’s hands-on fun for the smallest ranch hands.
Snap a pic with a real longhorn, under our glowing neon cowboy or in front of a wall of guitars.
Get your hands on custom chain stitched bandanas, branded boot koozies and limited-edition tote bags and merch.
Golf carts will be on hand to shuttle folks from one part of the community to the next — no spurs required.
This year’s event tips its hat to two worthy causes: Texas Dance Hall Preservation and The Texas Music Project. So come ready to support the places — and the people — that keep Texas two-steppin’.
