The idea is simple. We’re inviting residents of Two Step Farm to refer friends and family members to become part of the community. And for every referral that results in the purchase of a new home in Two Step Farm between August 10 and June 30, 2026, both the referring resident and the homebuyer will receive a $500 Visa gift card. A “New Home Buyer” is defined as a person who currently lives outside of Two Step Farm for the purposes of this program. Residents cannot refer other residents as part of this program, and likewise self-referrals are not eligible.
A “Referrer” is defined as a current Two Step Farm resident who refers a New Home Buyer to purchase a new home in Two Step Farm. A Referrer may also be someone who purchased a new home before the Referral Program began but has not yet moved into their home.
The program applies only to sales of new homes in Two Step Farm. This includes new “quick-move-in” homes offered by any Two Step Farm builder. Sales of existing homes that are not being offered by a builder are not eligible.
The program applies to contracts written on new home sales between August 10, 2026, and December 31, 2026 with a closing date on or before June 30, 2027. If the new home purchase contract is cancelled for any reason, the New Home Buyer and Referrer are not eligible to receive the referral award.
Either the Referrer or the New Home Buyer must complete and submit this referral form to the builder within one week (seven days) of the contract date for the referral to be eligible for the program. Builder will provide the Referrer or the New Home Buyer a copy of the form for their records. It is the responsibility of the Referrer or the New Home Buyer to verify that the builder’s sales agent has properly recorded and submitted their information in a timely fashion. Without the completed referral form, the referral becomes void. Interested parties can verify submissions with the builder.
Employees or agents of Two Step Farm, Oxland Group or any Two Step Farm builders are not eligible to participate in this program.
